The Judge's decision is final in all classes!

EXPLANATION CARDS: These are required for all performance entries except basic pleasure classes. The judge will be using the NAMHSA Judges' Guidebook or applicable breed standard rule books.

SECURITY: The showholder can not guarantee the safety of your models or children so you are responsible for their care and location at all times. Also, since this is on the bay, children and pets must be supervised at all times.

CONDUCT: Good sportsmanship and respect for others are requested at all times. Do not pick up anyone's horses without permission of the owner. Please do not talk to the judge while she is judging. Smoking is not permitted in the show hall (per facility rules). Anyone who exhibits poor sportsmanship or disruptive behavior will be asked to leave and no refund will be given.

FOOD: A group lunch may be available; details forthcoming. You may bring your own food as there are not any food establishments nearby.

AWARDS: This is a no frills show. There will be paper flat ribbons for 1st through 6th place. Division champions, reserves and Overall Champion and Reserve will receive rosettes.

NAN cards will be awarded to the first and second place winners in each class. This is also a Region 2 qualifying show.

LABELING: Please provide a 3x5 card for each model, one for each class entered. For example, if your Ideal Stock Horse is entered in two performance classes, then you would need to make two cards -- one for each class. Cards will be provided for call backs.

On the front of the 3x5 card, please write the breed and gender. Age is optional (and should be included if it directly affects judging criteria or breed standards).

On the back of the 3x5 card, please write the horse's name and owner's name.

When you place your entry on the show table, please be sure the front of the card is face up (breed and gender). When the judge is ready to record the class placings, she will turn the cards over.

COMBINING/CANCELLING/SCHEDULING OF CLASSES: Showholder and/or judge reserve the right to combine classes or cancel them as necessary.

There is a time limit on how long we can use the facility so everyone's help is needed to keep the show moving along. Showholder reserves the right to move a class to a different slot if needed to allow for flexibility (same ring) - final listing will be posted at the day of the show.
