CLASS RULES/JUDGING:
The Judges' decisions are final in all classes!

RESULTS:
Results will be posted via email, but if you would like a full copy of the results to be MAILED to you, then PLEASE be sure and let the show holder know and leave a SASS envelope with a minimum of two stamps on it. Show results will be forwarded to NAMSHA as required by the bylaws.

EXPLANATION/DOCUMENTATION CARDS:
If you are showing a horse in halter as an unusual breed, it is VERY helpful to have an explanation card with the breed standards and a photo of the breed to help the judges. Documentation is appreciated in collectibility classes but is not mandatory.

SECURITY:
The show holder can not guarantee the safety of your models or children so you are responsible for their care and location at all times.

CONDUCT:
Good sportsmanship and respect for others are requested at all times. Do not pick up anyone's horses without permission of the owner (but judges will assume that if you lay a model down on a cloth that they may stand it up long enough to judge it). Please do not talk to the judges while they are judging. Smoking is not permitted in the show hall (per facility rules). Anyone who exhibits poor sportsmanship or disruptive behavior will be asked to leave and no refund will be given.

FOOD:
There are a few local food establishments in the area. Otherwise, you may want to bring your own food.

AWARDS & PLACINGS:
This is a "NO FRILLS" Show. We will offer paper flat ribbons for placings 1-6. Section, division and overall Champs and Reserves will get rosettes.

NAN Cards will be awarded to the first and second placing equids in each class. We are a Region 2 Qualifying Show.
LABELING:
Please provide a 3x5 card for each model. Please only use 3x5 cards and no scraps of paper. On Call Backs - we will provide a blank card for Champ and Reserve winners to fill out.

On the front of the 3x5 card, please write the entry's BREED and GENDER. Age is optional (and should be included if it directly affects judging criteria or breed standards).

On the back of the 3x5 card, please write the HORSE NAME and OWNER'S FULL NAME.

When you place your entry on the show table, please be sure the FRONT side of the card is face-up (breed and gender). When the judge is ready to record the class placings, he/she will turn the cards over.

COMBINING/CANCELLING/SCHEDULING OF CLASSES:
Show Holder and/or Judges reserve the right to combine classes or cancel them as necessary.

We will have time limits on how long we can use the facility so we need everyone's help to keep the show moving along. Show holder reserves the right to move a class to a different slot if needed to allow for flexibility (same ring) - final listing will be posted at the day of the show.

Champion and Reserve Champion are determined by judging all models that have won first or second place. These models, plus the ribbons they have won, should be returned to the ring for judging when called. Championships are determined by the Point system. Overall is judged from the Champion and Reserve winners.
